Manual and Automation users can record performance data on their application for a specific scenario (transaction). So that they will be able to analyze it in the Reporter application.
The user will be able to record a transaction in case the Cloud was configured with the Reporter.
To open the Transaction Recorder, Open the device and click Performance as shown in the screenshot below.
The user will be able to select a Network Profile (configured in profiles page), default is '3G-Average'.
In case the device does not support NV the Selection box will be disabled.
Network traffic (HAR) will not be recorded in the transaction if tunneling is turned on.
Start Record Transaction
The user will be able to record a transaction by clicking the "RECORD" button.
During the recording, the cloud session will collect the device monitor stats: CPU, Memory, Network, and Battery.
Collect Average and Max values for CPU, Battery (percentages) and Memory (MB).
Network (In case The user select Network Profile) - Collect the total uploaded/downloaded data (MB).
Stop, Save and View Record Transaction
The user will be able to stop the transaction by clicking on the "STOP" button
After the transaction was stopped the user will be able to save the transaction or to restart and start a new transaction.
After clicking on "Save report" the user will be able to click on the 'View Report' button or create a new transaction.
The "View Report" button will open the transaction report in a new tab.
