If you are experiencing an issue working with devices, you can contact your digital lab admin and report the issue.
Go to devices page then view devices in Grid View this way:
Press the 'Report a Problem' button to report a problem to the Cloud administrator:
This will open a dialog box and you can write the problem in the text box and send it directly to the Cloud administrator.
Type the problem you want to report in the text field and press SEND.
This will send an email to the support email configured by Cloud administrator with the details of the reported problem.
If the cloud administrator has not configured the cloud email and support email this button will not appear.
For Cloud Admins
In order to configure email server go to Cloud Email Server Configuration.
