In order to change the dynamic frame rate that is dependent on the latency between the client and the device the

admin needs to add these lines to the server configuration file:

<automatic-frame-rate-configuration>
<enable-frame-rate-based-on-latency>true</enable-frame-rate-based-on-latency>
<frame-rate-latency-breakdown>100,200</frame-rate-latency-breakdown>
<frame-rate-fps-breakdown>8,4,2</frame-rate-fps-breakdown>
<frame-rate-latency-check-interval-in-seconds>10</frame-rate-latency-check-interval-in-seconds>
</automatic-frame-rate-configuration>

The cloud admin will be able to configure a per latency frame rate, for example:
0-100: 8 FPS
101-200: 4 FPS
201-MAX: 2 FPS

FPS range: 1 - 10.

The cloud admin will also configure the check time frame for example check every 10 seconds.

The frame rate will be dynamic based on the last configured time intervals.
